Crux offers three service packages with various add-on features for its managed services. The best way to keep costs down is to avoid complexities, such as custom metrics, delivery locations, or unknown datasets. Additionally, avoiding silos in teams and infrastructure within your organization can also help mitigate the costs of external data services. 

When it comes to datasets, prices are based on three tiers. Tiers 1 and 2 are for standard or common datasets, and tier 3 is reserved for more complex or unknown datasets (such as web scraping). A Crux expert will work with you to help classify your data needs. 

Delivery cadence and location can also affect the price. Our standard is to delivery data products daily, but hourly delivery is available as an upgrade as well for critical data needs. The type of delivery location can also alter your price, depending on the size and scale of the delivery location. 

All of our service packages include a 99.5% uptime and 24/7/365 global support. Additional add-on services such as Wrangles and custom metrics are also available.
