We also collect personal information through cookies, web beacons, and other tracking technologies when you browse or use the Services, as well as from third parties who provide us with marketing leads.

Your privacy is important to us and we are committed to protecting your information that identifies you personally. We share your personal information in the following circumstances:
With your consent. When you consent or direct Crux to share your personal information, for example, when you give us permission to allow our business partners to contact you with products, services, and opportunities which may be useful to you.
Service providers. Crux uses third-party service providers for business purposes, including to help operate the Services or our business. For example, we may use third parties to perform data storage and processing services for us, to help us with billing and to process payments, and to help us communicate with our users. We also partner with certain third parties to collect, analyze, and use some of the personal information as described below in Third-Party Analytics and Interest-Based Advertising. Third-Party Plugins. The Site integrates certain third-party plugins. Aggregated and De-Identified Information. Crux may also share aggregated or de-identified information about users that cannot reasonably be used to identify you.
We partner with third parties to provide targeted advertising services that are customized based on your online activities over time and across unaffiliated websites. Collected information may include the content you view, the date and time that you view this content, and the website that referred you to the Services, and this information may be associated with your unique browser, device identifier, or Internet Protocol (IP) address. These practices help tailor advertisements that are relevant and useful to you. These tailored advertisements may appear on the Services or on other websites, applications, or properties. Crux also uses third parties to engage in analysis, auditing, research, and reporting. Crux is committed to using commercially reasonable security measures, including administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect against the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information in our possession. However, as you know, third parties may unlawfully intercept or access transmissions or private communications, and other users may abuse or misuse personal information that they collect from the Site. Therefore, although we work very hard to secure your information, we do not promise, and you should not expect, that your personal information or private communications will always remain private.
Personalized areas of the Site are password-protected. Only you have access to these password-protected areas. Do not share your passwords with anyone. Crux will never ask you for your password in an unsolicited phone call or email. If you are using a computer to which others have access, such as one in a computer lab, Internet cafe, or public library, always remember to log out, clear the cache, and close your browser window when leaving the Site.
While we do our best to protect personal information, Crux cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us, and you do so at your own risk. Crux wishes to maintain accurate personal information. You may check your profile and add information, delete information, or correct any incorrect information in your Profile & Settings. We do retain personal information from closed accounts to comply with law, prevent fraud, collect any fees owed, resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, enforce our Site policies, and take other actions permitted by law.
