Three decades of scaling technology businesses, now pointed at the external data problem.

Rami is Chief Executive Officer of Parabellum Investments, the global investment firm that acquired Crux in June 2026. He has spent more than thirty years leading and scaling technology and financial services businesses internationally, across Europe, North America and Asia.

His approach is deliberately operational rather than passive. Parabellum backs businesses for the long term, which for Crux means sustained investment in the platform, in AI across data management and analytics workflows, and in the people running it.

Priyank Zalani

Chief Technology Officer

Risk systems and data pipelines are the same discipline seen from two ends. He has built both.

Priyank is Chief Technology Officer at Razor Risk, where he has worked with the business and its clients since 2014. His background spans risk systems and technology leadership across financial services and banking, built alongside the institutions that depend on them.

That experience maps directly onto the problem Crux exists to solve. Risk models are only as good as the data feeding them, and the work of getting external data clean, timely and consistent is the same discipline seen from the other end.

Rob Littlewood

Chief Financial Officer

The financial discipline behind a group that backs businesses for the long term.

Rob is Chief Financial Officer of Parabellum Investments and its portfolio of companies, Crux included. A Chartered Accountant (FCA), he qualified at the large independent practice BHP before spending four years at PwC in their North Assurance practice, working with a wide mix of clients.

He joined Royal Mail Group in 2010 before moving to Parseq. He now oversees the financial operations of the group Crux sits within, giving the business the backing to invest on a longer horizon than a typical investment cycle allows.
